GAMBLING REGULATION (PRE-COMMITMENT AND LOYALTY SCHEME) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe matters in relation to—

        (a)     pre-commitment; and

        (b)     player cards; and

        (c)     player account equipment; and

        (d)     the conduct of loyalty schemes; and

        (e)     the provision of information relating to
pre-commitment and loyalty schemes.
