GAS SAFETY (SAFETY CASE) REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 24

Person responsible for facility

A safety case must specify the name, title and business address of the person who—

        (a)     is responsible for the management, control and safe operation of the gas company; and

        (b)     has authorised the company's safety case.
