Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An operator or manufacturer under a safety case submitted under section 52, 53 or 54 of the Act ( voluntary safety case ) must pay an annual administration fee of 1007 fee units to Energy Safe Victoria.
(2) The administration fee is payable on acceptance of the voluntary safety case and on each anniversary of acceptance.
