HERITAGE (UNDERWATER CULTURAL HERITAGE) REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 21

Infringement offences

For the purposes of Division 4 of Part 10 of the Act, the following offences against the Regulations are prescribed to be infringement offences—

        (a)     an offence against regulation 8;

        (b)     an offence against regulation 9;

        (c)     an offence against regulation 10;

        (d)     an offence against regulation 11;

        (e)     an offence against regulation 13.
