Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The Secretary may approve a course of training for the appointment of a bail justice having regard to the duties and functions of a bail justice.
(2) For the purposes of section 14(2)(e)(i) of the Act, the prescribed course of training is the course of training approved by the Secretary under subregulation (1).
