Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsA person must not sell or use a hive or beekeeping fittings which have been infected with American foulbrood disease, or have come into contact with other hives or beekeeping fittings infected with American foulbrood disease, unless the hive or beekeeping fittings have been sterilised.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
