Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsDespite regulation 31(7), the election manager may, under direction of the Electoral Commissioner, determine that a maximum number of scrutineers for each candidate may be present for any activity specified in regulation 31(6) at any one time to ensure compliance with a pandemic order made under section 165AI of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 .
