LOCAL GOVERNMENT (ELECTORAL) REGULATIONS 2020 - REG 33

Undertaking Local Government Candidate Training

The Secretary must cause the Local Government Candidate Training to be available for a person to undertake—

        (a)     by electronic communication at any time; or

        (b)     in another manner approved by the Secretary, if the Secretary is satisfied that the person is unable to undertake the training by electronic communication.
