Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsThe nomination fee paid for or on behalf of a candidate must be repaid to the candidate on the certificate of the election manager if—
(a) the candidate is declared elected; or
(b) the total number of first preference votes in the candidate's favour is at least equal to 4% of the total number of first preference votes in favour of all the candidates in the election.
