LAND REGULATIONS 2016 - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are—

Reg. 1(a) revoked by S.R. No. 107/2021 reg. 4.

        (b)     to prescribe fees and forms for the purposes of the Land Act 1958 ; and

        (c)     to provide for the issue of duplicate documents; and

        (d)     to provide for other matters for the purposes of the Land Act 1958 .
