Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) When informed that the Supreme Court has ordered a stay of an order made by the Magistrates' Court under section 272(11) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 the registrar must recall any process issued to give effect to that order.
(2) If the Supreme Court has ordered a stay of the operation of an order under section 29(2) of the Road Safety Act 1986 , the registrar must notify the Roads Corporation.
