Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) These Rules constitute Chapter I of the Rules of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria and are entitled the Magistrates' Court General Civil Procedure Rules 2020 .
(2) The object of these Rules is to remake with amendments the rules of procedure in civil proceedings in the Magistrates' Court of Victoria.
