MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 1.14

Exercise of power

The Court may exercise any power under these Rules—

        (a)     of its own motion; or

        (b)     on the application of a party or of any person who has a sufficient interest.
