MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 20.02

Party appointing Australian lawyer

If a party who has no Australian lawyer in a proceeding appoints an Australian lawyer to act for that party in the proceeding, the Australian lawyer must immediately—

        (a)     file notice of the appointment; and

        (b)     serve a copy of the notice on the other parties.
