MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 30.04

Where interrogatories are served—

        (a)     the interrogating party must without delay file a copy; and

        (b)     the party interrogated must within 28 days after service answer by affidavit, file it and serve a copy on the interrogating party.
