Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The costs of and incidental to the examination must be costs in the proceeding.
(2) Without limiting paragraph (1), the defendant, on request by the plaintiff whether before or after the plaintiff is examined, must pay to the plaintiff a reasonable sum to meet his or her travelling and other expenses of and incidental to the examination.
