MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 35.06

If a party serves a notice under Rule 35.03(2) or 35.05(2) disputing a fact or the authenticity of a document, and afterwards that fact or document is proved in the proceeding, liability for costs must be determined in accordance with Rule 63.18.
