MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 49.04

    (1)     If a party to a proceeding dies after the verdict or finding on the questions of fact, the Court may give judgment notwithstanding the death.

    (2)     Paragraph (1) does not affect the power of the Court under Rules 9.08 and 9.09.
