Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) This Rule applies if the plaintiff's claim arises out of a motor vehicle accident and the claim includes a claim for the cost of repairs to the vehicle or for the total loss of the vehicle.
(2) If the claim includes a claim for the cost of repairs, an itemised quotation of the cost of repairs must be attached to the complaint.
(3) If the claim includes a claim for the total loss of the vehicle, an assessment of the loss must be attached to the complaint.
