MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 50.04

Who may conduct appropriate dispute resolution

    (1)     A pre-hearing conference must be conducted by—

        (a)     a magistrate; or

        (b)     a judicial registrar; or

        (c)     a registrar.

    (2)     A mediation must be conducted by an acceptable mediator.

    (3)     An early neutral evaluation must be conducted by a magistrate.

    (4)     A settlement conference must be conducted by a magistrate.
