MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 61.04

An instalment agreement under section 7 of the Act must—

        (a)     be in Form 61E; and

        (b)     be accompanied by a Statement of Affairs in Form 61B or in Form 61C if the judgment debtor is a corporation; and

        (c)     be filed.
