Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to subregulation (2), the owner of a licensed vehicle must ensure that the licence label is affixed to the vehicle—
(a) on the outside and at the rear of the vehicle; and
(b) in such a manner that it is clearly visible.
Penalty: 2 penalty units.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply in relation to the removal of a licence label immediately before selling or disposing of the licensed vehicle in accordance with regulation 29(3).
