NATIONAL PARKS REGULATIONS 2013 - REG 104

Reg. 104(1) amended by S.R. No. 125/2018 reg. 48.

    (1)     Parks Victoria by determination may set aside an area of Point Nepean National Park as an area in which dangerous or unexploded ordnance is known or suspected to be present.

    (2)     A person who is not a member of the Australian Defence Force must not enter any area set aside under subregulation (1).

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
