NATIONAL PARKS REGULATIONS 2013 - REG 129

For the purposes of section 45A(4) of the Act—

        (a)     the prescribed area is all of Cape Howe Marine National Park; and

        (b)     the prescribed class of boats is commercial fishing vessels.
