NATIONAL PARKS REGULATIONS 2013 - REG 61

Reg. 61(1) amended by S.R. No. 125/2018 reg. 25.

    (1)     Parks Victoria by determination may set aside specified marine waters as waters in which the use of underwater breathing equipment is prohibited or restricted.

    (2)     A person must not use underwater breathing equipment in an area subject to a determination under subregulation (1) in a manner that contravenes the determination.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
