NATIONAL PARKS REGULATIONS 2013 - REG 62

Hazardous behaviour in caves prohibited

    (1)     A person must not smoke in any cave in a park.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.

    (2)     A person must not perform any act in a cave in a park that may be hazardous to any person or to the preservation of the cave.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
