Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A person must not remove, cut, displace, damage, deface or interfere with any thing constructed or erected in a park.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) A person does not commit an offence against subregulation (1) by carrying out an activity referred to in that subregulation in relation to a thing that the person has constructed or erected when—
(a) camping in accordance with Division 1 of Part 9; or
(b) conducting an activity that the
person is authorised to conduct by a permit issued under regulation 67(1), 69,
77 or 112(1).
