NON-EMERGENCY PATIENT TRANSPORT REGULATIONS 2016 - REG 22

A provider must ensure that each member of staff referred to in regulation 19 wears an identification tag while on duty that shows—

        (a)     the member of staff's name and position; and

        (b)     the trading name of the provider.

Penalty:     15 penalty units.
