Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The prescribed form of application for variation of transfer of an approval in principle under section 12(1) of the Act is the form set out in Schedule 2.
(2) For the purposes of section 8(2)(b) of the Act, the prescribed fee for variation of transfer of an approval in principle under section 12(1) of the Act is 42 fee units.
