Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) If at any time during the duration of the licence the occupational health and safety plan of the licence holder is audited by an accreditation body, the licence holder must submit a copy of the audit report to the Secretary no later than 14 days after the licence holder receives a copy of the report from the accreditation body.
Penalty: 15 penalty units.
(2) If an audit report referred to in subregulation (1) contains a notification as to the existence of a risk of a high probability of harm or injury to a patient or a staff member, the licence holder must report that risk to the Secretary no later than 24 hours after the licence holder receives a copy of the report from the accreditation body.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
