Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A provider must keep an accurate record of all maintenance and repairs to vehicles and equipment used in the course of transporting patients.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) A provider must ensure that the record referred to in subregulation (1) is retained and maintained for the lifespan of the vehicle or equipment to which it relates.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
