Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A provider of an aeromedical service must ensure that the clinical facilities and equipment in an aircraft used by it for the aeromedical service are placed in a position to allow continuous patient treatment, including during adverse weather conditions.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) A provider of an aeromedical service must ensure that a seat is provided for each person travelling on the aircraft.
