OATHS AND AFFIRMATIONS (AFFIDAVITS, STATUTORY DECLARATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS) REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 4

In these Regulations—

"public service employee" means a person employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 ;

"the Act" means the Oaths and Affirmations Act 2018 ;

"VicRoads" means the Roads Corporation within the meaning of section 3 of the Transport Integration Act 2010 .
