Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 112(4) of the Act, a member who participates in a meeting by teleconferencing may do so by using videoconference facilities.
(2) For the purposes of section 112(10) of the Act, the prescribed manner is participation in a meeting by using videoconference facilities.
