Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A manufacturer or an importing supplier of a hazardous substance must prepare a safety data sheet in accordance with regulation 145 before the substance is first supplied to a workplace.

(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to a manufacturer or an importing supplier who has already prepared a safety data sheet for the substance in accordance with equivalent legislation.
