OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 157

Information in safety data sheet must not be altered

An employer must ensure that the information in a current safety data sheet obtained under regulation 155 is not altered.

Penalty:     100 penalty units for a natural person;

500 penalty units for a body corporate.
