Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsAn employer must provide the results of any monitoring of the airborne concentration of lead dust, lead mist or lead fumes at the employer's workplace as soon as reasonably possible to any employee who has been, or may be, exposed to the lead dust, lead mist or lead fumes.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
300 penalty units for a body corporate.
