Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies if, under these Regulations, an employer is required to ensure that an employee is medically examined or that any other form of health monitoring is conducted in relation to an employee.
(2) The employer must provide the employee with information about the purpose, and the type or nature, of the medical examination or other health monitoring.

(3) The medical examination or other health monitoring is to be undertaken at the employer's expense.
