OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 218

Manufacture of asbestos

A person must not manufacture asbestos-containing material.

Penalty:     100 penalty units for a natural person;

400 penalty units for a body corporate.
