Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The person who manages or controls a workplace referred to in regulation 247(1) must notify the Authority, in writing, of the person's contact details and of the location of the emergency immediately after the emergency is known to that person and before the commencement of demolition.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
300 penalty units for a body corporate.
(2) An employer or self-employed person performing demolition work on domestic premises must notify the Authority in writing of the person's contact details and of the location of the emergency immediately after the emergency is known to that person and before the commencement of demolition.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
300 penalty units for a body corporate.
