Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) Before performing limited asbestos removal work, an employer or self-employed person must obtain a copy of any relevant asbestos register or employer's asbestos register.
Penalty: 100 penalty units for a natural person;
500 penalty units for a body corporate.
(2) This regulation does not apply if the asbestos removal work will be performed at domestic premises.
