Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An asbestos removal licence holder must obtain a copy of any relevant asbestos register or employer's asbestos register from the person who commissioned the asbestos removal work.
Penalty: 100 penalty units for a natural person;
500 penalty units for a body corporate.
(2) This regulation does not apply if the asbestos removal work will be performed at domestic premises.
