OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 280

An asbestos removal licence holder performing asbestos removal work must ensure that asbestos waste is disposed of—

        (a)     as soon as reasonably possible; and

        (b)     in an appropriate manner that eliminates the release of airborne asbestos fibres; and

        (c)     at a place or premises authorised under the Environment Protection Act 2017 or regulations made under that Act to receive asbestos waste.
