Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) Regulations 286(2), 287 and 292 do not apply if glove bags are being used for removal work.
(2) The Class A asbestos removal licence holder must, in a proper and safe manner, dismantle and dispose of any glove bag used to enclose the area where the asbestos removal work was performed.
Penalty: 100 penalty units for a natural person;
500 penalty units for a body corporate.
