OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 319

An employer must—

        (a)     make a record of any training provided in relation to carrying out asbestos-related activities; and

        (b)     keep that record for so long as it is applicable.

Penalty:     60 penalty units for a natural person;

300 penalty units for a body corporate.
