OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 319F

    (1)     This Division applies on and from 15 May 2022.

    (2)     This Division applies to the manufacture and supply of crystalline silica substances.

Note

Supply includes supply of crystalline silica substances by an importing supplier.

    (3)     In this Division, the duties of a manufacturer only apply to the manufacture of a crystalline silica substance at a workplace for sale or exchange to another workplace.
