OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 329

An employer or self-employed person must keep a copy of a safe work method statement for the duration of the high risk construction work.

Penalty:     60 penalty units for a natural person;

300 penalty units for a body corporate.
