Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A principal contractor must put in place signs that are clearly visible from outside the workplace where the construction work is being performed, showing the name and contact telephone numbers of the principal contractor.
Penalty: 100 penalty units for a natural person;
500 penalty units for a body corporate.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply if the details required under subregulation (1) are displayed in accordance with regulation 317 of the Building Regulations 2006.
