Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to regulation 342, an employer must not knowingly allow a person whom the employer employs to perform construction work unless the person holds a current construction induction card.
Penalty: 100 penalty units for a natural person;
500 penalty units for a body corporate.
(2) A reference in subregulation (1) to a person employed by the employer includes a person placed with the employer under a work experience arrangement under the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 .
