OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 370

The operator of a major hazard facility must keep the safety assessment documentation available for inspection on request under the Act.

Penalty:     100 penalty units for a natural person;

500 penalty units for a body corporate.
